The plans developed by GMC are “process-driven” and follow an established approach. The four
steps are as follows:
Step 1 – Obtaining a thorough understanding of your current business - your value proposition,
strategic direction, corporate initiatives, commercial marketing, strengths, and competition.
Step 2 – We then conduct thorough research of the market and the target segments of interest
to your company.
Step 3 – Develop the specific Go-To-Market strategy. Including but not limited to the following
